Prerequisites: Admission to BAS Organization and Project Management Program.
Comprehensive study of the process of judiciously combining the various factors of production in meeting the needs of consumers in creative and profitable ways. Topics include: characteristics of successful managers, starting a new enterprise, forming an entrepreneurial team, venture capital sources, and formulation of a business plan.
