Amey Evaluna is a non-binary leader (she/they) who uses their experiences as a post-traditional, queer, parenting student to inform work to improve systems at a macro level. Amey’s work tends to focus on increasing social capital for historically marginalized groups through identity development and radical authenticity. Amey holds an Associates of Anthropology from College of Southern Nevada, a B.S. in Public Administration and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Nevada, Last Vegas. Amey is currently the interim Director of Community, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Nevada State College.
