This application is specifically for students with a passion for fine arts using traditional mediums, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, textiles, etc. Applicants must take at least one art class during the Spring 2014 semester. Additional requirements include: minimum GPA 2.5; completed 6 or more credits in art classes at WNC; classified as at least a half-time student (6 credits) in the Spring 2014 semester. Qualifying applicants must turn in an art portfolio with Sharon Tetly (WNC Art instructor) in order to be awarded. Portfolios must be received by August 31, 2013.
