Prepare for a STEM future, WNC students, by joining MESA 2019.
MESA 2019 is a Mathematics, Engineering and Science achievement program dedicated to supporting first-generation and underrepresented groups in STEM fields.
This program will provide free resources and advising in STEM Fields; free tours of the University of Nevada, Reno Engineering Department; free tours of major factories and plants such as Tesla and Panasonic, as well as support and shared community in a MESA Club.
MESA includes a club that will meet monthly.
Statistics show that 97 percent of MESA community college students successfully transfer as STEM majors.
