I need web updates, but I don't have all the information. Will I have to submit multiple tickets?
For any events or updates that will be ongoing, please let our WebMaster know in your initial support ticket and save the link that you receive in your email. That ticket will remain open for the duration of the event or update so that you only have to reply via your support ticket link. For any questions concerning ongoing updates, please contact the WebMaster via firstname.lastname@example.org.
I don't know my NSHE ID, can I still submit a ticket?
If you don’t know your NSHE ID off the top of your head, you can simply fill out the form with your contact information and not provide your NSHE ID. This field is not required to fill out the form.
